Designed detailed User Flows for all key scenarios (Booking, Payment, Login) to eliminate dead-ends and logic errors early on
Design Codes ✍️
Used semiotic analysis to identify "cheap gaming" patterns. Adapted NFT and Discord design codes to create a premium brand vibe

Conducted competitor benchmarking and gamer interviews. Validated design decisions through prototype UX testing

Unified Account 🪙
Introduced "Cybercoins" (internal currency) to solve the split-account issue. This unified the branch network and boosted user LTV
QR-Code 🔳
Implemented a single QR-key logic: used for both quick payments at the register and instant authorization on the gaming PC
Chat Registration 💬
Conversational Onboarding. Implemented a chat-based registration flow. This lowered the entry barrier and made the onboarding process more native to the gaming community
